Subtle winter strawberry scents intermix with raspberry, plum, yeast lees and confectionary aromas. Refreshingly dry with creamy strawberry and raspberry flavours prevailing over some light toast and flinty mineral infusions. Finishes very dry with punchy acidity. Aftertaste of winter strawberry, raspberry, a light toastiness and flinty mineral infusions.
