Peppercorn and spice on the bouquet, dark red fruits and classy oak on the palate. Robust wine but with silky smooth tannins. Medium bodied wine of great length and complexity. Black peppercorn and spice on both the bouquet and palate, cedar, tobacco leaf with well integrated oak, all lifted by a generous splash of co-fermented Viognier. Very approachable despite Georgia’s up front and sassy reputation since 2006! Beef and lamb dishes match well.
