The 2018 Primitivo is from our original plantings of Primitivo planted in 1996. These vines were taken from cuttings at Cape Mentelle. The vines now resemble a bush vine and with lots of hand thinning and trimming we are able to nurture this difficult variety into this lovely wine. A lighter style with the typical and unmistakable Primitivo bouquet.
