The 2016 Shiraz Viognier has the delightful characteristics of cool climate Shiraz.  The grapes ripened very quickly and quite an early vintage resulted in a clean soft rich wine.  The hint, and I mean only a hint of Viognier (less than 3%) compliments the Shiraz and completes the flavour spectrum.  This wine has been naturally fermented and then left to mature in French Oak for 12 months.   Cellaring to 2036
