Long Rail Gully Shiraz 2021 Half Bottle
Long Rail Gully Shiraz is a rich elegant and complex wine, packed with spice, red fruits and plum. The Shiraz is more than drinkable now and will develop well with age.
A cool vintage produced exceptional quality fruit, which was fermented in open fermenters with careful cap management after a pre-fermentation cold soak. A portion of the wine was put through a long post ferment maceration creating great colour and complexity.
The wine was barrel aged for one year in a mixture of different French oak barrels (30% new).
