Lark Hill Rosé 2018
We harvested several components of Shiraz for this Rose to give a balance of lightness from earlier harvests, and ripe fruit characters from later harvests. 24 hours soaking on skins fixed the vibrant colour before the juice was drained off skins for fermentation.
The result is a light, dry and fresh Rose, with aromatics of raspberries, strawberries and lychees, following into a full flavoured palate. Perfect with terrines, picnics, long lunches and good company.
