Crushed and held on skins for 14 hours for colour and extra flavour. The juice was then cold settled for 24 hours and the clean juice was then fermented at 12oC for 4 weeks to help maintain the fresh fruit aromas and flavours. The first wine made by Lauren Gallagher – “The Sinister Apprentice”

Colour: Vivid Rose Petal pink
Nose: Raspberry and Forest Fruits aromas
Palate: Strawberry and Sugar Plum fruit flavours on the palate with a clean and fresh finish. This wine is fruit driven with full and long lasting flavours and a rounded and clean, soft finish.
Food: Serve with salads, pasta and most white meat dishes.
