Taste:

The wine is dry and fresh with aromas of strawberry and cherry. It is a delightful seasonal drink suitable for any antipasti or grilled meat pairing.

Winemaking:

Grapes were hand harvested at 11.5 Baume and whole bunch pressed. The juice was 50% cool fermented in stainless steel, whilst the balance naturally fermented in seasoned barriques. The wine was held on full lees until bottling in June 2019.
