Made from the same juice as our acclaimed 2023 Pinot Gris, this wine is truly distinctive. Instead of following the traditional route, we halted the fermentation process just before completion, allowing the wine to naturally conclude the process within the bottle. With minimal sulphur, no added ingredients, and no filtration or fining, this wine serves as an authentic representation of the grape, climate, and terroir.
