Four Winds Sparkling Rosé 2022
The 2022 Sparkling Rosé is made from Shiraz fruit from the Hilltops region.
Again, due to hail damage, we were unable to use our own Shiraz grapes for this vintage however we have been excitedly waiting to release this bottle as the Hilltops is known for its excellent Shiraz.

This is a vibrant Sparkling Rosé with a nose of red berry fruits, rose petal and a hint of strawberry. There is a great depth of flavour on the palate, complemented by the fine bead and fresh spritzy finish.
This is a wine that we will be reaching for regularly this summer as the weather gets warmer.
