The 2023 Barbera is from grapes grown on the Coolbagh Vineyard south of Young in the Hilltops GIC. A rich red Italian variety well suited to the rich red soils on this vineyard. Only 100 dozen bottles were made for this special release. Dark chocolate, red cherries with sweet strawberries and good even tannins. Drink and enjoy.
