Here, Sam Leyshon puts his own spin on Chardonnay. This saw 24 hours of skin contact before pressing, then plenty of oxygen during the winemaking process. It's Sam's style to build some mad angles and interesting texture into each of his creations - this Chardonnay continues his MO. Also, a lick of new oak gives a luscious, enriching texture in the mouth.
