Such great mix of drinkability with interest in the Mallaluka range from Sam Leyshon. This tasty little Rosé is a case in point.
A good chunk of this wine is made up of Pinot Gris fermented as whole berries, the juiciness and deliciously floral perfume coming from this piece of the puzzle. There's some Sangiovese and Cinsualt in there too. A pretty left-of-field blend for a Rosé but it works a treat.
